Octavo (7 x 4 1/2in; 178 x 114mm). Pp. [i-xxii], 1-511, [i]. Title in red and black and with woodcut printer's device, 5 folding engraved plates. (Title a little soiled). Contemporary calf, later lettering-piece to spine (extremities, particularly the spine, rubbed, spine also chipped at the head, endpapers replaced). Provenance: Richard Goodwin (early signatures); Druce Donation (two ink-stamps).
