FREDERICK WINSOR was an architect and frequent contributor of light verse in the 1950s to 'Atlantic Magazine'. For 'Space Child', Winsor wrote 46 nursery rhymes with applied science, math, and philosophical ideas; 3 of his rhymes are written in Greek, Swahili, Chinese. "Space Child' is charming, with smart rhymes, word games, questions and puzzles. Illustrations by Marian Parry are curiously odd and finely inked.
Volume and dust jacket are in overall excellent condition.
